This policy explains how KCK Beauty Supply LLC, doing business as CC Beauty Supply #3 Richmond (“we”, “us”), handles information when you contact us, including through WhatsApp.

What we collect

• Your phone number and WhatsApp profile name, which WhatsApp shares with us when you message us.
• The messages, photos, voice notes and files you send us, and our replies.
• Your name, if you tell us.

How we use it

• To answer your questions, such as whether an item is in stock, its price or color.
• To look up your existing customer account at our store (for example your points), using your phone number.
• To improve our answers to common questions.

We do not sell your information. We do not send you promotional messages unless you ask us to.

Where it is kept

Messages are delivered through WhatsApp, a service of Meta Platforms, Inc., under WhatsApp's privacy policy. Copies of our conversations are kept on our own store systems and are accessible only to the store owner. We keep them for as long as they help us serve you, or until you ask us to delete them.

Deleting your information

To have your messages and related information deleted, send us “DELETE MY DATA” on WhatsApp, call us at (346) 843-2709, or ask in store. We will delete it and confirm within 30 days. You can also block us on WhatsApp at any time to stop all messages.
